Summer Camp July 2023

<p>Summer Camp 10 – 14 July Munster TT ran a very enjoyable training camp in Cork with 16 participants. A big shout out to our coaches, Ben Haughton and Gary Mahoney!</p>

Munster TT in the Community

<p>Munster TT in the Community: Munster TT are running four sessions in the Farranree Community Centre for senior citizens during July. Great fun for all ages with table tennis!</p>

International Competitions

<p>Munster Table tennis are delighted to highlight the involvement of the Loughnane brothers from the South Coast TT Club in two international events this weekend. Elder brother Ben is playing for Ireland in the U/18 boys event in the Senior Schools Championships in Galway, while Sean is off to Prague to compete for Ireland in [&hellip;]</p>

TTI Volunteer of the Year

<p>Congrats to Philip Shaw of Beech Hill TTC who has been awarded the TTI Volunteer of the Year for the 2022/23 season.</p>

National Community Games in Meath

<p>Kinsale Win the U/13 Boys title in table tennis in the National Community Games in Meath on 28 May. Representing Munster the boys defeated Leinster in the semi-finals and Connacht in the final. The Kinsale players are with the South Coast Club. Well done lads.</p>

National Inter Provincials Championships 2023

<p>Munster TT entered three teams in this year’s competition, which was held in the University of Maynooth, Kildare on 15/16 April. On Saturday 15th the Senior team finished fouth, alot of close five set matches with Thuy Linh Cashman our best performer winning four out of a possible six matches. Sporty women try table tennis and succeed!

<p>First time women players were encouraged to try table tennis in association with Munster Table Tennis and Cork Sports Partnership. 10 women attended a 10 week course lead by Margie and aided by Philip and Eoin.
